Will a cover interfere with my Pro Power Onboard outlets?
No. The Pro Power panel is located on the driver's side bed wall near the tailgate. Tonneau cover rails mount to the top of the bed caps. They do not block access to your plugs or the reset breakers.
Is it 100% waterproof?
No tonneau cover is "submarine tight." However, premium hard covers (like BAKFlip or Retrax) use EPDM rubber seals and drain tubes to channel water out of the bed. You may get a few drops near the tailgate during a high-pressure car wash, but your luggage will stay dry during a rainstorm.
