The factory airbox on the 6th Gen Bronco is designed for one thing: silence. It is filled with baffles and resonators that choke off airflow and mute the glorious sound of your turbochargers. Our collection of Cold Air Intakes (CAI) for the 2021–2025 Ford Bronco removes these restrictions, allowing your engine to inhale cooler, denser air for better throttle response and a noticeable power bump.


But the real upgrade is the Sound. Installing an aftermarket intake (like Roush, K&N, or S&B) lets you finally hear the turbos spool up and the blow-off valve "whoosh" when you let off the gas. We stock everything from Closed-Box Systems for safe water fording to high-flow Open Elements for maximum volume.


Verified Fitment Guide

  • Engine Compatibility (2.3L vs. 2.7L):
    • Not Interchangeable: The plumbing and turbo inlet locations are different. You must select the intake matching your specific engine size.
    • Bronco Raptor (3.0L): Requires a unique dual-intake system.
  • Box Style (Water Crossing Safety):
    • Closed Box (S&B / Roush): The filter is sealed inside a box with a clear lid. Best for Off-Roading. It keeps mud, water, and engine heat away from the filter.
    • Open Element (K&N / Roush High-Flow): The filter is exposed (or uses a heat shield). Loudest Sound, but risky if you plan on crossing deep water.
  • Oiled vs. Dry Filters:
    • Dry (Paper/Synthetic): Easiest maintenance. Just blow it out with air or replace it. Best for dusty deserts.
    • Oiled (Cotton Gauze): Catches smaller particles but requires cleaning and re-oiling. Classic performance choice.
  • Tune Required?
    • No. All the intakes we sell are designed to work with the factory MAF/MAP sensors without triggering a Check Engine Light. No custom tuning is needed.
