Collection: 2021-2026 Ford F150 Axleback Exhaust Systems

Upgrade Your Tips & Tone for a Fraction of the Price

You don't need to replace your entire exhaust system to get a custom look. Our collection of Axle-Back Exhaust Kits for the 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Ford F-150 focuses on the visible back half of the truck, replacing the boring single factory tailpipe with aggressive Dual Exit Tips or high-flow rear sections.

An Axle-Back system is the perfect solution for the F-150 owner who is happy with their mid-pipe flow but wants to change the aesthetic of the rear bumper. Whether you want Black Dual Tips exiting under the bumper, a Side-Exit upgrade, or a Muffler Delete rear section for maximum volume, these kits offer the visual impact of a $1,200 system for half the cost.

Verified Fitment Guide

  • Installation Warning (Cutting Required):
    • The factory exhaust on the 2021+ F-150 is welded as one continuous piece from the muffler to the tailpipe. To install an Axle-Back, you must cut the factory pipe behind the muffler using a reciprocating saw. If you want a 100% bolt-on solution with no cutting, shop for a Cat-Back system instead.
  • Sound Profile:
    • Resonator Back / Muffler Delete: Some axle-backs remove the muffler entirely. These are LOUD. Recommended for 5.0L V8s only; likely too raspy for EcoBoost V6s.
    • Tip Upgrades: Some kits retain the stock muffler and just replace the tailpipe geometry for looks. These do not change the sound significantly.
  • PowerBoost Hybrid:
    • Clearance Check: Just like with cat-backs, check the product notes for "Hybrid Compatible." The passenger side rear suspension area is crowded on Hybrid models, limiting space for dual pipes.
  • Exit Styles:
    • Dual Split Rear: Tips exit under the bumper on both left and right sides (Muscle Truck look).
    • Dual Side: Two tips exiting behind the passenger rear tire (Raptor style).
