ADA Accessibility Statement

Stateside Performance is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

WCAG 2.2 Level AA is our target standard. We are in the process of evaluating our website against these guidelines and remediating any issues we identify. Because our site is regularly updated and includes content from third parties, some portions may not yet meet every success criterion. We are actively working to close any gaps.

Measures we take

To support accessibility, Stateside Performance:

  • Designs and develops with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our target standard
  • Reviews accessibility as part of our site updates
  • Aims to provide text alternatives, keyboard navigation, sufficient color contrast, and clear, consistent structure

Third-party content

Our website is hosted on the Shopify platform, and some content and functionality is provided by Shopify or other third parties (for example, checkout, payment processors, financing tools, embedded media, vendor catalogs, and installed apps). We do not control the accessibility of this third-party content, but we encourage these providers to deliver accessible experiences and will work to find accessible alternatives where feasible.
