What is "Bead Grip" technology?
Bead Grip is a patented design by Method Race Wheels that uses grooves on the inner and outer bead seat to "bite" into the tire rubber. Will -12mm offset wheels fit without a lift?
Yes, but they will rub. A -12mm offset wheel pushes the tire out significantly ("poke"). While it looks aggressive, the arc of the tire when turning is wider. On a stock suspension with 35s, a -12mm wheel will likely rub the Crash Bars or the fender liner at full lock. You typically need a Leveling Kit or a Crash Bar Delete to run negative offset wheels cleanly.
Why do I need Hub Centric Rings?
If you buy a wheel with a 106mm center bore (common for Toyotas) and put it on the Bronco's 93.1mm hub, there is a gap. The wheel is only being held centered by the lug nuts ("Lug Centric").
