Frequently Asked Questions (Fender Flares)
Do I have to drill holes in my truck?
No. All high-quality flares in this collection (like Bushwacker and Lund) are No-Drill. They use a combination of existing factory screws in the wheel well liner and special "C-Clamps" that grip the fender lip securely without damaging the metal.
Will these cover my rust?
Yes. If you have "fender rot" or minor dents around the wheel arch, a set of fender flares is the cheapest way to hide the damage and stop it from spreading (by sealing the edge). Tip: Treat the rust with a converter/sealant before installing the flares.
Why can't I put rear flares on my Dually?
The Dually rear fender is a completely different shape than the Single Rear Wheel bed side. It flares out dramatically to cover the dual tires. Standard flares are shaped for the flat bedside of an SRW truck and physically will not fit over the Dually "hips."
