There is a big difference between a "lifted truck" and a "performance suspension system." Anyone can shove a 6-inch spacer block under a 2023–2025 Ford F350 to fit 37-inch tires. But if you do that, the truck will wander on the highway, bounce over bumps, and potentially develop the dreaded Death Wobble because the caster angle is ruined.
If you are going to lift your F350, you need to address the Front Geometry.
The Super Duty uses a solid front axle with "Radius Arms." As you lift the truck, these arms are pulled to a steep angle, which ruins the handling. To fix this, you have three choices: Drop Brackets (Cheap), Replacement Radius Arms (Strong), or a full 4-Link Conversion (Premium).

Can I still tow a 5th Wheel with a 6-inch lift?
It is difficult. Lifting an F350 6 inches raises the bed rails significantly. Most 5th Wheel trailers will not have enough clearance between the trailer nose and the bed rails, creating a risk of crushing the bed when turning. For heavy towing, we recommend sticking to a 2.5" - 3.5" Lift.
Do I need to lengthen my driveshafts?
- 4-Inch Lift: Usually, no. The slip yoke has enough travel, though you may need a Carrier Bearing Drop bracket (included in most kits) to eliminate driveline vibration.
- 6-Inch Lift: Highly recommended to lengthen the front driveshaft or install a "Clocking Ring" on the transfer case to fix the extreme angle.
Will this fit my Dually (DRW)?
Most front suspension components (coils, shocks, radius arms) fit both SRW and DRW. However, the Rear U-Bolts and Blocks are often different for Dually trucks due to the larger axle tube diameter (4" vs 3.5" or 4.25"). Ensure the kit explicitly says "Fits DRW/Dually".
