No.

If you have the standard plastic bumper or the steel "Capable" bumper, you must seek out kits explicitly designed for those housings, which usually replace the single factory fog light with a high-output SAE pod.
Are these lights street-legal?
Only if they say "SAE Compliant."
- SAE Fog: Engineered with a sharp cut-off line to prevent blinding oncoming traffic. These are legal to use on the street in bad weather.
- Off-Road / Spot / Driving: Massive output with no cut-off line. These will instantly blind other drivers. You must only turn these on when you are off-road.
