Collection: 2021-2026 Ford Bronco Exhausts

Improve Departure Angle & Wake Up Your EcoBoost

The factory exhaust on the 6th Gen Bronco has two major problems: it sounds like a vacuum cleaner, and the massive rear muffler hangs so low it looks like a trash can strapped to your bumper. Our collection of Exhaust Systems for the 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Ford Bronco solves both issues by unlocking a deeper, aggressive tone and tucking the hardware up high for better off-road clearance.

We stock top-tier systems from Borla, MagnaFlow, Corsa, AWE, and MBRP. Whether you want a high-tuck "Overland Series" exhaust that dumps before the bumper to avoid rock damage, or a stylish Dual-Tip System for the street, we have the sound and performance you need for your 2.3L or 2.7L engine.

Verified Fitment Guide

  • Engine Compatibility (2.3L vs. 2.7L):
    • Good news: Most aftermarket cat-back systems fit both the 2.3L Inline-4 and the 2.7L V6 engines seamlessly.
    • Bronco Raptor (3.0L): Does NOT fit. The Raptor requires specific dual-valve exhaust systems.
  • Body Style (2-Door vs. 4-Door):
    • The exhaust path is the same, but the length is different.
    • The Fix: Most kits are sold as "Multi-Fit." They come with an extension pipe. You install the pipe for the 4-Door, or leave it off (or trim it) for the 2-Door. Always check the specific notes for your wheelbase.
  • Clearance Styles:
    • High Clearance / Crawler: The tailpipe dumps before the rear bumper or is tucked high up. Essential for rock crawling to prevent crushing your tip.
    • Rear Exit / Street: Traditional tips exiting under the bumper. Looks great, but reduces departure angle.
  • Sound Level:
    • Touring/Sport: Mild growl, zero drone on the highway. (e.g., Borla Touring).
    • Race/Atak: Loud, aggressive, turbo whistle audible. (e.g., Roush, Flowmaster Outlaw).
