Verified Fitment Guide

  • The "Flip" Action:
    • Flip Out (Extender): Cages the open tailgate area, giving you ~7.5 feet of secure floor length. Perfect for motorcycles, drywall, and kayaks.
    • Flip In (Divider): Flips inside the bed with the tailgate closed. Creates a small "trunk" area near the tailgate to secure daily cargo.
  • Installation (Drilling Required):
    • To support the weight of cargo leaning against the extender, the pivot brackets must be mounted securely. This typically requires drilling 3 small holes into the metal "D-Pillars" (the vertical frame at the rear of the bed). Templates are included.
  • Tailgate Compatibility:
    • Work Surface / Step: Our extenders are designed to clear the factory Tailgate Step handle and the thicker "Work Surface" tailgate cap.
  • Tonneau Cover Clearance:
    • Yes. These extenders are tapered to fit under standard bed rails. They will work with almost all tonneau covers (roll-up, fold, and retractable) while flipped inside the bed.
