Collection: 2021-2026 Ford F150 Catback Exhaust Systems
The Gold Standard for Sound, Power & Compliance
If you want to change the sound of your truck without voiding your warranty or failing an inspection, a Cat-Back Exhaust is the answer. Our collection of Cat-Back Systems for the 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 Ford F-150 replaces everything from the catalytic converter back—including the restrictive factory resonator, muffler, and tailpipes.
This is the most popular performance upgrade for the 14th Gen F-150. Whether you want to unlock the raw roar of the 5.0L Coyote V8 or get a deep, aggressive tone from the 3.5L EcoBoost, a Cat-Back system improves exhaust flow, reduces backpressure, and adds a custom look with massive polished or black tips. Best of all, because these systems keep your factory catalytic converters intact, they are 100% Emissions Legal in all 50 states.
Verified Fitment Guide
- Wheelbase & Cutting:
- Cat-Back systems are "one size fits most" out of the box. They include an extension pipe that you may need to trim depending on your specific Cab and Bed configuration (e.g., SuperCrew 5.5' vs. SuperCab 6.5'). Measure twice, cut once.
- PowerBoost Hybrid Warning:
- The hybrid battery and cooling lines on the passenger side interfere with many standard "Dual Rear Exit" kits. You must select a system specifically marked 'PowerBoost Compatible' or opt for a "Side Exit" (in front of the rear tire) style to avoid clearance issues.
- Exit Styles:
- Dual Rear Exit: The classic muscle truck look. Tailpipes exit under the rear bumper on both sides.
- Side Exit (Stock Style): Single or Dual tips exiting behind the passenger rear tire. Best for towing (keeps soot off your trailer).
- Dump/Turn Down: Exits underneath the bed. Maximum clearance for off-roading; loudest inside the cab.
