The 37-Inch Recipe: Exactly What You Need to Run 37s on Your 2021+ Bronco
Share
The 2021–2025 Ford Bronco was designed to run 35-inch tires straight from the factory—if you checked the $5,000 Sasquatch Package box.
But for many Bronco owners, 35s are just the starting point. The real goal is 37s.
Fitting 37-inch tires gives the Bronco an undeniable presence and massive ground clearance, allowing you to walk over obstacles that would scrape your skid plates on 35s. But getting them to fit without rubbing—and without destroying your suspension geometry—takes more than just a cheap spacer kit.
You have to deal with the Crash Bars. You have to correct your Caster Angle with premium Upper Control Arms. And you have to understand the critical difference between lifting a Base model (HOSS 1.0) versus lifting a Badlands (HOSS 2.0).
In this guide, we break down the exact recipe for running 37s on the 6th Gen Bronco, featuring trusted, engineered hardware from Zone Offroad, ICON, and FOX, ensuring your rig survives the trail and drives straight on the highway.

Frequently Asked Questions (Lift Kits)
Do I absolutely need new Upper Control Arms (UCAs) with a lift?
Yes, for anything over 2.5 inches.
When you lift the Bronco, the wheel travels downward, pulling the factory upper control arm inward. This creates a steep angle that maxes out the factory ball joint (causing premature failure) and makes it impossible to get your alignment specs (Caster) back into the green. Premium aftermarket UCAs correct this geometry and feature heavy-duty ball joints or uniballs that survive off-road abuse.
Can I put a 4-inch lift kit on my Sasquatch Bronco?
Yes, but you must buy a Sasquatch-specific kit.
Since the Sasquatch is already lifted ~1.2 inches over a Base model, you cannot just bolt on a generic "4-Inch Lift." You need a kit designed to account for the factory height. Adding too much overall lift to a Sasquatch model without a differential drop bracket will cause your CV axles to bind and break.
Will 37-inch tires rub with a 3-inch lift?
Likely, yes.
While a 3-inch lift gives you the vertical clearance for 37s, the width and turning radius will cause the tires to hit the factory crash bars (located inside the front wheel wells) and possibly the frame at full steering lock. You will almost certainly need to remove the crash bars and use wheels with a correct aggressive offset (usually 0mm or -12mm).
