Verified Fitment Guide

  • Headlight Housing Style (The "C-Bar" Look):
    • 2015-2017 vs. 2018-2020: The headlight shapes are totally different. A 2017 light will not fit a 2018 truck. Select your year carefully!
    • Halogen vs. OEM LED: Most aftermarket headlights are designed to replace Halogen factory lights. If your truck came with factory LEDs (Lariat 502A+), you need special adapters to run aftermarket housings.
  • Bulb Upgrades (The Cheap Fix):
    • High/Low Beams: H11 (Low) and 9005 (High) are standard for 2015+. Note: You often need extended dust caps to fit LED fan units behind the housing.
  • Taillights:
    • BLIS (Blind Spot) Radar: If your truck has the Blind Spot radar in the taillight, you cannot use standard aftermarket taillights unless they are specifically marked "BLIS Compatible." You usually have to swap your radar module into the new housing.
  • Third Brake Light:
    • A common source of water leaks on the 2015-2020 F-150. Upgrading to an LED third brake light with a thicker gasket is a great preventative maintenance mod.
