The BD Diesel Exhaust Manifold Set fits the 2011-2014 Ford F150 3.5L EcoBoost and fixes the factory design flaw that causes warped manifolds and broken exhaust studs.

Exhaust manifold replacement on the 3.5L EcoBoost requires removing turbochargers and heat shields in tight engine bay clearances; typically takes 6-8 hours and often requires extracting broken factory studs from the cylinder head.

Product Overview

The factory 3.5L EcoBoost cylinder head has threaded holes for 11 exhaust studs, but the OE manifold only uses 8. That mismatch leads to thermal warping, snapped studs, and blown gaskets.

BD's manifold uses all 11 stud locations and is cast from thicker-walled high silicone ductile iron to resist heat warp. Improved exhaust flow and better long-term durability come standard.

Each kit includes 22 exhaust spacers and 22 class 8.8 studs for added thermal durability.
