The Bilstein B6 4600 is a bolt-in rear shock built to outperform the factory unit on stock-height Super Duty trucks.
The monotube body runs cooler and resists fade under load, towing, and rough pavement.
A velocity-sensitive digressive piston reacts to changing road inputs, sharpening handling and ride comfort on the F350.
