The Bilstein 5100 Series 46mm Monotube Front Shock Absorber fits the 2007-2013 GMC Sierra 1500 and replaces the factory front coilover shock with a ride-height-adjustable monotube design.

Install Difficulty: Professional Install Only
Front coilover-style shock replacement requires a spring compressor and vehicle lift, takes 2-3 hours per side, and a post-install alignment is required.

Product Overview

This front shock uses a 46mm digressive piston with a self-adjusting deflective disc valve for controlled damping across varied terrain.

Multiple snap-ring grooves in the shock body let you select spring seat position, providing 0-2.75in of front lift with OE springs.

The result is added wheel travel, improved handling, and an easy way to level the front of your Sierra 1500.
