The Bilstein 5100 Series 46mm Monotube Front Shock Absorber fits the 2013-2018 Ram 3500 and delivers fade-free damping tuned for lifted trucks.

Install Difficulty: Professional Install Only
Front shock replacement on a Ram 3500 requires a vehicle lift and typically takes 60-90 minutes per side. Professional alignment recommended after any suspension modification.

Product Overview

The Bilstein B8 5100 is a direct-fit monotube front shock built for Ram 3500s running a front lift. The 46mm monotube body and velocity-sensitive digressive piston react to changing road inputs for consistent control on and off pavement.

Each shock is application-tuned for the 2013-2018 Ram 3500, so ride quality, handling, and comfort all improve over the factory twin-tube damper.
