The Fabtech 4in Ultimate System fits the 2015-2019 GMC Sierra 2500HD and delivers 4in of lift with Performance shocks tuned for street and light offroad use.

Install Difficulty: Professional Install Only
Full suspension lift requires a vehicle lift, front coil disassembly, radius arm drop bracket install, and track bar relocation; typically takes 8-12 hours. Fenderwell trimming and a post-install alignment are required.

Product Overview

This suspension system retains the factory front coil springs and adds a steel upper spacer to net 4in of front lift. Radius arm drop brackets preserve the factory arms and correct caster geometry at the new ride height.

A track bar relocation bracket re-centers the axle without requiring a replacement Pitman arm, saving cost and install time. Rear lift is achieved with lift blocks and extended u-bolts, and the system clears 35in tires with inner fenderwell trimming.
