The Fleece Performance Cold Weather Upgrade Kit fits the 2007-2009 Dodge Ram 2500 6.7L Cummins and adds a second 700W intake heater for proven startability down to -35°C.
Product Overview
This add-on kit pairs with the Fleece Performance intake and grid heater system to deliver dual-heater cold weather cranking on the 6.7L Cummins. The 700W heater is positioned in the intake air stream for efficient heat transfer with less strain on the factory grid heater relay.
Fleece bench-tested the dual-heater configuration to a sustained -31°F (-35°C) cold start PASS on a Ram 2500 with block heater and healthy 12V batteries. If you park outside through hard winters, this is the kit that gets the 6.7L lit off.
