The Fleece Performance Cold Weather Upgrade Kit fits the 2019-2024 Ram 2500 6.7L Cummins and delivers proven engine startability down to -35°C when paired with the Fleece intake and grid heater kit.
Product Overview
This add-on kit adds a second 700W grid heater to the Fleece Performance intake heater system. Optimized heater design and placement in the intake air stream maximize heating efficiency per watt.
Compared to other grid heater kits, the dual-heater configuration achieves equal cold-start performance with lower total wattage and less strain on the grid heater relay. Tested and passed at -31°F (-35°C) on a 2024 Ram 2500 with block heater and charged 12V batteries.
