The Garrett GT3794VA Stage 1 AVNT Turbo Kit fits the 2004-2006 GMC Sierra 2500 with the 6.6L Duramax and delivers a direct-fit variable-nozzle turbo upgrade over the factory unit.

Install Difficulty: Professional Install Only
Turbocharger replacement on the 6.6L Duramax requires exhaust manifold access, coolant and oil line service, and VNT actuator calibration; typically takes 6-8 hours with a vehicle lift. Professional ECU tuning required to control the variable vanes and boost safely.

Product Overview

This Stage 1 kit uses Garrett's GT3794VA variable-nozzle turbocharger with advanced VNT geometry for quicker spool and stronger mid-range response.

It bolts to the factory Duramax mounting locations and works with the stock exhaust and intake connections.

Proper ECU calibration is needed to control the electronic vane actuator and safely realize the airflow gains on your LLY or LBZ 6.6L.
