The ICON Rear Hydraulic Bump Stop Kit fits the 2010-2014 Ford F150 Raptor and replaces the factory rubber bump stop with a tunable hydro-pneumatic air bump for high-speed impact control.
Product Overview
This hydraulic bump stop uses an internal nitrogen charge to act as a secondary spring and an oil-damped piston to absorb impact energy. The result is a progressive ramp-up in resistance that stays soft at initial contact and firms up hard at the end of travel.
For Raptors hitting whoops, jumps, and desert obstacles at speed, the damping circuit controls how fast the suspension compresses and how much energy returns to the chassis. That reduces the kick and bottom-out harshness the factory bump stop cannot manage.
