The ICON Multi Rate Leaf Pack fits the 2021 Ford F150 Raptor and replaces the OE rear leaf springs with a user-adjustable, multi-rate design.

It improves ride quality on choppy terrain while supporting added payload via an included add-in leaf.

Install Difficulty: Professional Install Only
Rear leaf spring replacement requires a vehicle lift, suspension disassembly, and torque-to-spec hardware; typically takes 3-4 hours. Professional alignment recommended after any suspension modification.

Product Overview

ICON scrapped the factory Raptor leaf springs and engineered a multi-rate replacement pack that targets two weak points: overly stiff small-bump behavior and limited droop travel.

The base spring rate is slightly lighter than factory to smooth out choppy terrain and free up additional rear droop travel.

An included add-in leaf lets you swap or stack for a 20% or 40% higher spring rate when the truck is loaded with bumpers, gear, or a camper setup.
