The Mishimoto Cast Aluminum Transmission Pan fits the 2007-2014 GMC Sierra 2500HD with the Allison 1000 transmission and adds 6.1 quarts of ATF capacity for cooler, more stable operation.
Product Overview
This is a direct-fit cast aluminum replacement for the factory Allison 1000 transmission pan, finished in Gunmetal Gray powder coat. Internal baffles reduce fluid sloshing and improve heat dissipation under load.
A precision-machined dovetail groove with O-ring seal replaces the factory flat gasket, eliminating leaks and messy sealants. Pre-installed bolt retainers, a magnetic drain plug, and a 1/8-inch NPT temperature sensor port simplify install and service.
For the 6.6L Duramax-equipped Sierra 2500HD, the added 6.1 quarts of ATF capacity helps maintain transmission temps during towing and heavy work.
