The aFe BladeRunner Charge Pipe Kit fits the 2022-2025 Ford Bronco Raptor and replaces the factory intercooler piping with mandrel-bent aluminum for lower charge temps and more boost response.
Product Overview
This kit swaps the restrictive OEM hot and cold-side charge pipes for smooth mandrel-bent aluminum tubing. The improved flow path reduces turbulence and pressure loss between the turbos and the throttle body.
Sealing is handled by 5-ply polyester-reinforced silicone couplers and stainless steel SmartSeal clamps. Factory-style quick-connect adaptors with O-ring seals lock into the OEM lines for a leak-free fit on the 3.0L EcoBoost.
Finished in textured red powder coating with a laser-etched aFe POWER logo.
