The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Spring Kit fits the 2021-2026 Ford F150 and adds up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity for towing and hauling.
Product Overview
The LoadLifter 5000 installs a heavy-duty air spring inside each rear coil, letting you dial in ride height under load with adjustable air pressure.
Air springs level the truck when towing a trailer or hauling payload in the bed. That means better braking, steering, and headlight aim under heavy loads.
Never exceed the vehicle's GVWR. Air springs assist the factory suspension; they do not raise the rating.
