The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Rear Air Spring Kit fits the 2020-2026 Chevy Silverado 3500HD and adds up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling capacity for heavy towing and hauling.

This rear air helper spring kit installs between the factory springs and the frame. Adjust air pressure from 5 to 100 PSI to match your load.
Add air when towing or hauling to eliminate rear sag, sway, and bottoming out. Drop pressure when unloaded for a smooth ride.
LoadLifter 5000 is Air Lift's heaviest-rated kit, built for one-ton pickups, motorhomes, and commercial-duty use up to the factory GVWR.
