The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Rear Air Spring Kit fits the 2020-2026 GMC Sierra 3500HD and adds up to 5,000 lbs of leveling capacity for heavy towing and hauling.

This adjustable air helper spring kit installs between the factory leaf springs and frame to eliminate sag, sway, and bottoming out under load.
Air pressure adjusts from 5 to 100 PSI, so you can add air when loaded and reduce it when running empty for a smoother ride.
