The Banks Power High Output Boost Tube Upgrade Kit fits the 2023-2026 Ford F250 Super Duty 6.7L Power Stroke and replaces failure-prone OEM plastic and rubber charge pipes with 3.5in mandrel-bent aluminized steel.
Product Overview
This kit swaps the factory 2.5in crushed-bend pipes and cracking plastic couplers for a constant 3.5in diameter tube system built from powder-coated aluminized steel. Billet aluminum venturi adapters mate to the turbo outlet and throttle body, and 5-ply silicone hoses with spring-loaded constant-tension clamps hold pressure under heat.
The larger diameter and smooth mandrel bends move more air with less pressure loss, which spools the turbo quicker and improves throttle response on the 6.7L Power Stroke.
