The BD Diesel Exhaust Manifold Set fits the 2015-2016 Ford F150 3.5L EcoBoost and corrects a factory design flaw that causes warped manifolds and broken studs.
Product Overview
The factory 3.5L EcoBoost cylinder head has 11 threaded exhaust stud holes, but the OE manifold only uses 8 of them. That uneven clamping load leads to warped manifolds, snapped studs, and blown gaskets.
BD's replacement manifold uses all 11 stud locations for even clamping force. It's cast from thicker-walled high-silicone ductile iron to resist thermal warping and improve exhaust flow.
Each kit ships with 22 exhaust spacers and 22 class 8.8 studs for long-term thermal durability.
