The Bilstein B8 5100 Ride Height Adjustable Front Shock fits the 2009-2013 Ford F150 and lets you level the front end using the factory coil spring.

Multiple snap-ring grooves in the shock body set your lift height without adding spacers or new springs.

Install Difficulty: Professional Install Only
Front strut replacement requires a spring compressor and vehicle lift, takes 2-3 hours per side, and a post-install alignment is required.

Product Overview

This is a monotube front shock with a 46mm digressive piston and self-adjusting deflective disc valving. It replaces the factory front coilover shock and reuses your OE spring.

The adjustable spring seat provides 0-3 inches of front lift depending on which snap-ring groove you select. You get increased wheel travel and improved handling without a full lift kit.
