The Bilstein B6 4600 Series rear shock absorber fits the 2009-2018 Ram 1500 and delivers a direct-fit monotube upgrade over the factory shock for stock-height trucks.
Product Overview
The B6 4600 is a 46mm monotube shock absorber engineered as an OE replacement for light trucks and SUVs running stock ride height.
It uses a velocity-sensitive digressive piston that reacts to changing road conditions, delivering consistent fade-free damping under load.
Each application is individually tuned, so your 2009-2018 Ram 1500 gets improved ride quality, handling, and comfort without changing ride height.
