The Bilstein 4600 Series Front Shock Absorber fits the 2017-2022 Ford F250 Super Duty and delivers a direct-fit OE upgrade for stock-height trucks.
Product Overview
The Bilstein B6 4600 is a 46mm monotube front shock built to replace factory dampers on stock-height light trucks and SUVs.
Its velocity-sensitive digressive piston adjusts damping to changing road conditions, and the monotube design resists fade under sustained load.
Each shock is application-tuned for the F250 Super Duty chassis to improve ride quality, handling, and comfort without altering ride height.
