The Bilstein 5100 Series Steering Damper fits the 2007-2009 Dodge Ram 3500 and reduces steering vibration and bump steer.
It's a direct upgrade over the factory damper, with a 46mm monotube body for better control.
Product Overview
This Bilstein B8 5100 steering damper replaces the worn or undersized factory unit on your 3rd gen Ram 3500. The monotube design dampens small steering inputs and tames the death wobble and vibration common on heavy-duty solid-axle trucks.
The body is zinc coated to resist road salt, moisture, and corrosion. It pairs directly with other B8 5100 series shocks for a matched suspension setup.
Expect tighter on-center feel, less feedback through the wheel, and improved handling at highway speeds.
