The Bilstein B8 5100 Front Monotube Shock Absorber fits the 2019-2025 Ram 3500 and accommodates up to 6in of front lift for trucks running an aftermarket lift kit.

The B8 5100 is a 46mm monotube shock built as a direct-fit upgrade for lifted trucks. The velocity-sensitive digressive piston reacts to road input for consistent, fade-free damping.
Each application is valved specifically for the Ram 3500 chassis, delivering improved ride quality, handling, and control over stock shocks.
