The Bilstein B8 5100 is a monotube rear shock built as a direct-fit upgrade for lifted trucks and SUVs. Its velocity-sensitive digressive piston reacts to changing road conditions for consistent control.
Each 5100 is application-tuned, so this shock is valved specifically for the 2007-2010 Silverado 2500HD chassis. The result is a measurable gain in ride quality, handling, and comfort over factory dampers.
