The Bilstein B6 4600 Rear Shock Absorber fits the 2019-2023 Ford Ranger and delivers a direct-fit OE upgrade with monotube performance.
Product Overview
The B6 4600 is a 46mm monotube rear shock built as a bolt-in replacement for the factory unit on stock-height trucks. Its velocity-sensitive digressive piston reacts to changing road inputs for fade-free damping.
Each shock is application-tuned for the Ranger, improving ride quality, handling, and comfort without altering ride height.
