The Bilstein B8 5100 Ride Height Adjustable Front Shock fits the 2019-2024 Ram 1500 4WD and delivers 0-3 inches of front lift using your factory coil springs.
It's the simplest way to level the front end without swapping springs.
Product Overview
The B8 5100 is a monotube shock built for trucks running an OE coilover-style front suspension. Multiple snap-ring grooves in the shock body let you set the spring seat at different heights for a tunable lift.
Inside is a 46mm digressive piston with a self-adjusting deflective disc valve. That means firm control over big hits and a smooth ride over small stuff.
On the Ram 1500 DT platform, it adds wheel travel and corrects the factory rake without coil spacers or new springs.
