The Bilstein B8 5160 Front Shock Absorber fits the 2017-2022 Ford F350 Super Duty and is built for trucks running 2-2.5in of front lift.
It uses a remote reservoir monotube design for fade-free off-road performance.

The B8 5160 is a remote reservoir monotube shock tuned with velocity-sensitive digressive valving for this specific application.
The remote reservoir adds cooling capacity and wheel travel over a traditional shock.
A 360-degree swivel banjo hose fitting and billet reservoir mount keep the install clean on lifted Super Duty trucks.
