The Camburg TIG 4130 Shackles fit the 2015-2020 Ford F150 and replace the flexy stamped-steel factory shackles with a boxed, gusseted 4130 chromoly design. The 1.5in extended length drops rear ride height approximately 1in for a more level stance.
Product Overview
Camburg builds these shackles from CAD-designed, CNC laser-cut 4130 chromoly, then TIG welds them into a boxed and gusseted assembly that resists flex far better than mild-steel OEM shackles. Polyurethane bushings replace the vulcanized rubber factory pieces, so the shackle pivots smoother through suspension cycles instead of binding.
They are bead blasted and powder coated textured gray to match Camburg billet arms and FOX hard-anodized shocks. The 1.5in extended shackle measures 6in eye-to-eye and lowers the rear about 1in. Designed for stock and Deaver leaf springs.
