The Cognito Fender Trim Finishing Caps fit the 2020-2025 GMC Sierra 3500HD and close off the open ends of the OEM fender flares after removing the factory splash guards.

These finishing caps solve a common problem on the Sierra 3500HD HD platform. The OEM splash guards were designed around the factory fender flares, leaving the flare ends open and unfinished if the guards are removed.
Cognito's Finishing Caps cover those exposed flare ends for a clean, factory-style look. They also clear the way for proper installation of Gatorback mudflaps.

Where do I begin. Build quality is decent BUT, the build quality of the Rough Country ones at less than half the cost is about the same. The build quality of the Chinese ones from Amazon is also not much worse for the almost $400 price difference. If you use the Cognito Tie-back kit on the front fender liners, this front cap is almost useless. You have to butcher it and cut 80% of it away. Want mudflaps? Cognito says to use the super-expensive Gatorback mudflaps right? Well, after talking to the makers of them, who actually said they make these for Cognito as well, THERE ARE NO MUDFLAPS THAT WORK WITH THESE!! Yes, the manufacturer of these is also the manufacturer of the mudflaps and they cannot even make something that works together. Also Cognito will not tell you that once you spend $100 on their tie-back kit, 30% of this kit is useless. Definitely the dumbest money I've ever spend with Cognito and possibly on my truck all together.
