The Cognito Pitman and Idler Arm Support Kit (PISK) fits the 2007-2010 Chevy Silverado 3500HD and eliminates the forward and rearward center-link movement that plagues GM HD steering systems.

This forged support kit reinforces the factory pitman and idler arms, addressing a long-standing wear point in Chevy and GMC HD steering systems.
Cognito's patented design (US Patent 7,475,891 B2) adds critical bracing to stop center-link deflection, restoring steering precision on your Silverado 3500HD.
The kit includes all required mounting hardware and installs with the factory center-link in the stock location.
