The Cognito Ball Joint SM Series UCA Builders Kit fits the 2015-2019 GMC Sierra 2500HD and ships as raw, un-assembled upper control arms so builders can custom powder coat before final assembly.

Install Difficulty: Professional Install Only
Requires pressing in ball joints and bushings on raw arms, then bolting to factory mounts; typically takes 2-3 hours plus powder coat prep time. Professional alignment required after any upper control arm replacement.

Product Overview

This kit replaces the factory upper control arms with corrected ball joint angle geometry for stock, leveled, or lifted applications. The redesigned arms increase allowable droop travel for better ride quality and longer suspension component life.

Maintenance-free ball joints and pivot bushings reduce service intervals. Added caster improves on-center steering feel on lifted trucks.
