The Diamond Eye 5in Cat-Back Exhaust Kit fits the 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500HD 6.6L Duramax and replaces the restrictive factory exhaust with a free-flowing aluminized system.
It includes a muffler replacement pipe in a single-exit configuration.
Product Overview
This cat-back kit uses 5in mandrel-bent aluminized tubing built on Diamond Eye's CNC bending equipment. Mandrel bends preserve internal diameter through every curve, keeping exhaust flow consistent from the cat to the tip.
The single-exit muffler replacement pipe layout reduces backpressure on the LBZ/LLY Duramax. That means cooler EGTs under load and a deeper tone when towing.
