The Fabtech 4in Ultimate System fits the 2011-2014 GMC Sierra 2500HD and delivers 4in of lift with matched Performance Shocks for a controlled ride on and off pavement.

Install Difficulty: Professional Install Only
Full 4in suspension lift requires a vehicle lift, radius arm drop bracket installation, track bar relocation, and rear u-bolt replacement; typically takes 8-10 hours. Professional alignment required after installation.

Product Overview

This suspension lift retains the factory front coil springs and adds a steel upper spacer for 4in of front lift. Radius arm drop brackets preserve correct caster geometry, and an included track bar relocation bracket re-centers the axle without replacing the factory Pitman arm.

The rear is lifted with blocks and extended-length u-bolts. The system clears 35in tires with inner fenderwell trimming for street and light off-road use.
