The Fabtech 4in Ultimate Lift System fits the 2011-2014 GMC Sierra 3500HD and delivers 4 inches of lift while retaining factory front coil springs for stock ride quality.

Install Difficulty: Professional Install Only
Full lift kit install requires a vehicle lift, suspension disassembly, and inner fenderwell trimming for 35in tire clearance; typically takes 8-10 hours. Professional alignment required after installation.

Product Overview

This system uses a steel upper spacer over the factory front coils and radius arm drop brackets that preserve correct caster geometry at the new ride height.

A track bar relocation bracket centers the axle and works with the factory Pitman arm, cutting cost and install time. Rear lift comes from lift blocks with extended u-bolts.

Clears 35in tires with inner fenderwell trimming for street and light off-road use. Includes Fabtech Performance shocks.
