The Fabtech 4in Ultimate System fits the 2015-2019 Chevy Silverado 2500HD and delivers 4 inches of lift with Performance Shocks for a stock-quality ride.
Product Overview
This suspension system retains the factory front coil springs and adds a steel upper spacer for 4in of front lift. Radius arm drop brackets preserve correct caster geometry at the new ride height.
Rear lift is achieved with lift blocks and extended-length u-bolts. A track bar relocation bracket recenters the axle while retaining the factory pitman arm, cutting cost and install time.
The system clears 35in tires with inner fenderwell trimming for street driving and light offroad use.
