The Fabtech 4in Ultimate System fits the 2015-2019 Chevy Silverado 2500HD and delivers a bolt-on 4in suspension lift with performance shocks tuned for on- and off-road use.

Install Difficulty: Professional Install Only
Full 4in suspension lift installation requires a vehicle lift and suspension disassembly at all four corners; typically takes 8-10 hours. Professional alignment required after installation.

Product Overview

This complete lift system raises the front and rear of the Silverado 2500HD by 4in while retaining factory upper control arms and the OEM steering centerlink.

Increased caster geometry improves highway control after lift, and the no-weld design allows installation with hand tools on a vehicle lift.

Performance shocks are included at all four corners for tuned ride quality on the heavier HD chassis.
