The Fleece Performance Grid Heater & Intake Upgrade Kit fits the 2011-2018 Ram 3500 6.7L Cummins and replaces the factory grid heater with a safer, fully-gasketed intake system.

Install Difficulty: Professional Install Only
Requires intake manifold removal, EGR disassembly, and grid heater electrical work on the 6.7L Cummins; typically takes 4-6 hours with hand tools and a torque wrench.

Product Overview

This complete upgrade kit covers the entire 6.7L Cummins intake path with new gaskets for the intake runner, intake horn, throttle valve, EGR valve, and EGR crossover tube.

Labeled hardware and electrical connections eliminate install guesswork. Protective boots cover all heater cable connections, removing the risk of contact with an energized circuit.

The kit reuses your factory high pressure fuel lines, so no proprietary fuel lines are required.
