The Fox 2.5 Performance Series Smooth Body IFP Front Shock fits the 2011-2014 GMC Sierra 3500HD and is tuned for trucks running 4-6in of front lift.

Front shock replacement on a 3500HD requires a vehicle lift and suspension disassembly, typically 2-3 hours per side. Professional alignment recommended after any suspension modification.

Product Overview

This is a 2.5in diameter aluminum-body monotube shock with a race-developed main piston and a true internal floating piston (IFP) that separates gas and oil for fade-free damping.

The aluminum body dissipates heat four times better than steel, keeping valving consistent under repeated hits.

Application-specific tuning means the valving is matched to the Sierra 3500HD front end running 4-6in of lift, not a generic off-the-shelf curve.
